It was the thrill of a lifetime to show Havanique's Flashy Fiona of Zivari at the Garden on February 10, 2009.  She did not come away with any prize, but she did get the biggest applause of any other Havanese that day.  It helps to bring your own rooting section.

The Westminster Dog Show is a benched show which means that the exhibitors stay the entire length of the show with their entries so the public can visit with the dogs.  I dressed Fiona in her Valentine's Day outfit as shown to amuse the crowd.  It helped when it was time to cheer Fifi on!  The crowd was delightful and I was especially pleased when the spectators came to see Fifi after the show and told me how much they liked her.  Go Fifi go!!!
